Roll Ball
1. Work on perfecting the grip of the ball. Use drills to increase/improve finger strength.
2. Practice transferring the ball from one hand to the other.
3. Start at walking pace, increase to a jog, then a faster run and execute the roll ball with correct technique.
4. Practice taking the ball away with one hand
5. Practice getting to the “bend” of the roll ball early and before the defender disrupts.
6. Only introduce defenders when the player’s technique is good.
